Our story begins in 1915 in Milia Metsovou, when our great-grandfather Dimitrios Soulios started making barrels by hand using the tools of the time. Since then, the art of cooperage has been passed down from generation to generation, evolving technically and enriched with experience and knowledge, always with respect for tradition.
Today, we continue this journey in Ioannina, now in the fourth generation, crafting handmade barrels and wooden items with the same dedication and quality, combining the wisdom of the past with the demands of today.
